While in the Philippines, my wife and I managed to run away from kids in a date night by ourselves!
We went to the Historical Intramuros and stroll around the walled city, The City within a City was the seat of the Government, Culture, Religion, education, trade and Commerce and arts during Spanish regime.
We walked around Fort Santiago and the Basilio of San Diego enjoying the wonderful evening.
Then, we visited 9 spoons restaurant, a modern, casual dining penthouse with a panoramic view of Manila skyline. The place is so peaceful and perfect for romantic date with my wife with live music entertainment.

My wife ordered a Bagnet with Binagoongan served with rice and fried eggplant for PHP400 pesos and I ordered Chicken Saltimbocca with creamed leeks, mushroom risotto, vegetables and red wine espagnole for PHP395 pesos.
After the Dinner, we spend the night at the Bayleaf Intramuros ,a 3.5 star boutique Hotel launched in November 2011 considering the best Hotel in Manila and earned Tripadvisor’s Travelers Choice Award for 2013.

The staffs are friendly and warm, very solicitous and informative when I asked some questions.
The room is very stylish and has great comfortable beds. As blogger, I’m always online checking my social media network. All I can say, connectivity is not a problem with a fast complementary internet all over the Hotel, even in rooms.
If you staying in Manila, I recommended this Hotel – Amazing view and unbeatable Dinning experience.
