For our weekly date night,my wife and I went to Aqua Bistro and bar located inside the Brentwood Hotel in Kilbernie ,Wellington for a very special occasion my wife's birthday.
Inside the Restaurant, Tinali,one of the aqua staff greeted us and escorted to our table and we order our foods.
The Dinner are great particular the Pan fried steak with homemade fries, buttered greens, Roasted shallots and a peppercorn sauce.
For my kids, they loved the Brentwood cheese burger with tomato relish and fries. Thank you to Tina, PM food and beverage supervisor who prepared a surprised cake for my wife
By the way, we've been married for 8 years now and passed many obstacles in life since we met in Sampaloc ,Manila circa 1997 courtesy of my friend Rowena and married after two years and blessed with to cute kids : Michael Ivan,aged 7 and Mariel Ivone,aged 3.
