Jandall All the Way

On December 7, I am going to wear my pair of jandal to celebrate the National Jandal Day and to show my support and help raise funds for our heroes of the beach – New Zealand’s surf lifeguards.

According to Bach 22 spokesperson Jane Bennett, jandals and beaches go hand-in-hand and are a big part of the Kiwi culture.

Bennett also said, “more than 25,000 people have already registered to take part in the innovative fund raising effort”.

Bennett added, “Street collectors will be out in force nation-wide on the day and people can also donate online at www.nationaljandalday.co.nz

So, see you on Friday, Go kiwis wear your jandals and in return make a donation to Surf Life Saving New Zealand and show your support for safe summers on our beaches.
